How do you remove your wall mounted panel heater

"YOUR" wall mounted panel heater"?

We are Fixya dot com, we don't have (or sell) wall mounted panel heaters. We are not who you think we are.

They are all the same though, remove the front cover and remove the mounting screws, OR, you lift it off the hooks at the back. Make and Model are useful in such questions.

Question edited for clarity 'panal', and 'heather' corrected. Category moved from Television to Wall Heaters.

Where can I get instructions for removal of a disconnected Vulcan Quasar W/F gas wall furnace? I thought it would be easy to remove the unit from the wall but on inspection I can't see how to do it?

If it has truly been disconnected and you can;t figure out how to remove it from the wall, just remove that section of wall and replace it. If it is mounted on a standard stud wall, cut at least 16" out from each side. Remove the furnace and replace the drywall. That is, admittedly, the brute-force approach, but I am assuming that you have already looked up the installation instructions and simply reversing them didn't work.

Is there a way to make a stud wall for a shower part transparent?

You mean clear plastic dry wall? or how about a window? How about removing the wall and putting in glass panel? Glass block? Anything can be done, depends on your imagination. An exterior wall can be totally removed with a lintel replaced in the top, and interior wall can be totally removed with no lintel, depending on trusses, or rafter placement. If you want to leave the studs exposed in the wall, I would clean them up a bit. The problem with that is you can't clean it and the panels are subject to fogging up inside, condensation will get in there, an exterior wall is a bad idea, no insulation. Hope this helps.

Try to mount TV to the wall and need to release the TV stand

To Display your LCD TV using a Wall Bracket:

If you decide to wall mount your LCD TV, always use a ULlisted wall bracket appropriate for the size and weight of the LCD TV: 32HL37/32HL37U/32HL17/32HL17U: 38.6 lbs (17.5 kg)

37HL17: 46.3 lbs (21.0 kg)

42HL17: 59.5 lbs (27.0 kg)
1) CAUTION: Two people are required for installation.

2) Unplug and remove any cables and/or other component connectors from the rear of the TV.

3) Follow the instructions provided with your wall bracket. Before proceeding, make sure the appropriate bracket(s) are attached to the wall and the back of the TV as described in the instructions provided with the wall bracket.

4) After attaching the appropriate bracket(s) to the wall and the back of the TV, remove the pedestal stand from the TV as described below.

Removing the Pedestal Stand

1) Carefully lay the front of the unit face down on a flat, cushioned surface such as a quilt or blanket. Leave the stand protruding over the edge of the surface. Note: Extreme care should always be used when removing the pedestal stand to avoid damage to the LCD panel.

2) Remove the jack pack cover on the back of the TV to expose the pedestal stand screws. The jack pack cover can be removed without tools.

3) Remove the five screws. This will allow removal of the pedestal stand.

4) Once you have removed all five screws holding the pedestal stand in place, remove the pedestal stand from the TV by sliding the pedestal stand away from the TV.

Removing back stand supports

First I am not to sure about the brand you got there, But if it is not wall supportable you do not need to reove anything but by a wall mount that will hold the bottom in place and yes there are wall mounts for this tpye of arrangment see not all flat panels go on walls thus hence you cannot remove the stand easy. Try finding a wall mount the has a L shape to it, it will hold the bottom of the tv and it comes with a little strap to hold it back into securement. Please do not try to remove the stand I would suggest a diffrent wall mount- Rulds2008 TV expert for 20 years

Removal of base

Most LCD HDTV televisions come with the option to remove the base, refer to your manual for proper instructions on removing the base. But make sure the TV is certified for wall mounting before you do anything - some are not certified and will not be wall mountable.
