You clean the memory by deleting all the print jobs awaiting for printing.

Fixing a Paper Jam - HP LaserJet 1020 Printer

Plz see if the corner of the paper will be folded or it has been folded earlier and now it is straight then also that paper will be jammed. So use new unfoiled paper.
While inserting it see it is straight in the tray.

Are ayou getting any message loke paper jam?..paper mis match?..If yes..remove back metal door,clean paper sensors as shown in fig.. pl revert for further help...

The laserjet 3015 has a weird issue with the logic board. The paper jam is caused by some sensor issues with the logic board. Some issues may not be fixable. The 2009 series of this printer should be under warranty from HP to get a proper board. On the converse, you could try thicker paper; and set your paper thickness on the printer. If you can open the top cover and then close it; it will reset the sensor.

This error message is displayed by the printer when paper is jammed in one or more locations. In such a case, users are recommended to remove the jammed paper from the specified location. The entire paper path must be checked for any pieces of paper. To stop the message, open and close the top most cover of the printer. Lastly, verify the flags and the sensors. remove the cassette you can see two or 3 roller down the printer clean that roller and try.....

Check paper sensors in the paper path may one of them the shutter is stack.Ensure that the are free and in position.

The paper is probably jammed between the fuser and the rear cover if you can't see it.
