SOURCE: Franke coffee system, always same error message ''fill water tank''

What you would have to do is take the side panel off to get at the solenoid. It is probably sticking closed and not letting the water fill into the boiler.

SOURCE: Franke Saphira - fill water tank

There is a magnet fitted in the side of the tank. Lift out the tank and make sure the magnet is free to move. It might be that some water has been spilt onto it and it's crusted up. Failing that, suspect a faulty microswitch inside.

Error 036 Fill Boiler 1 - Franke Spectra

Hi,

Please restart your machine. Check pump pressure, boiler valve and the water supply. You can check the manual for more details. I believe it should be on page 9 and/or the table of errors.

Thank you.

My Franke Flair machine has water in tank but get message "fill water tank". Cleaned tank thoroughly, tried plugging and unplugging machine too.

The water tank has a float magnet in the left hand side of the tank. A reed switch is mounted inside the machines right hand panel which senses if the tank is empty. If you remove the tank and fill with water and the display indicates fill tank. The sensor may have failed. Or the float has stuck in the down possition. If the display indicated filll sytem and or rinse. Then the sensor is fine. The next stage is to try rinsing . If it keeps saying filll system or rinse then there may be a blockage in the tank. Or the flow meters have failed. This is assuming water is being dispensed from the water arm etc . If no water is being dispensed and this time assuming you can hear the pumps running. Then there possibly be a blockage in a thermoblock. I could go on for ever guessiing based on the info you discribed. If any more info is required please say

When machine is switched on with a full tank of water the display just keeps saying 'rinse machine' i have pressed the appro button several times but it just keeps doing the same thing. lots of...

The flow meter inside the machine has a little dirt in it. The machine is not sensing the rinse water flowing through the system because the flow meter is blocked.
