First start off by making sure the cable is untangled. Next when placing it in the pool only allow enough cable to reach the other side of the pool. Place the setting on 1 and wrap the excessive cable up using a zip ties. This should solve your issue. Thanks and Good Luck!

Remove weights, Thoroughly clean cleaner, backwash filter system to get optimum suction. Check filter system for optimal suction..., ie. leaks, excess debris, clogged baskets, strainers, etc..

SOURCE: trackball not moving right

This is right, the problem is in the trackball. If you can get hold of alcohol like the one used years ago to clean the heads of tape decks etc, you may be able to put some in the trackball and rotate the ball around in all directions with the hope that it may clean it.

SOURCE: Robo Kleen moves but does not clean

If you can, connect it to the back wash of your pool fiter pump. Just for a few secondds that usually works well.

SOURCE: flip up screen won,t illuminate. dark

if the screen needs to be wired to the dash light switch it will not change unless the lights are on, if the wire is disconnected it is possible to bypass it making the screen stay bright.
although it would seem more likely that the brightness could be adjusted on the unit settings or by a button on the unit itself

My robo kleen moves around the pool but has no suction so it won't pick up any debris

i had that problem, past year
open the motor check for rust stains on the round magnetic surface
i used a steel or copper brillo pad dry to sand down the surface
careful with those plastic motor screw washers to secure motor

My robo kleen pool cleaned keeps flipping upside down. happens every time, i will watch it for a few minutes then come back later to check on it and it is upside down in the pool

check to see if the fan on top moves
if its stuck , then the motor is not pumping constant
and the pump may need some kind of lube

I have a smart pool dolphin robo-kleen pool cleaner. It keeps blowing fuses. Can you help?

If it is blowing fuses, it sounds like it is going to be your connection to the transformer and not the pool cleaner itself. Unfortunately, if you are not a trained electrician, you should not attempt to fix your transformer. It is very dangerous to try to adjust electrical settings without training, and I can't recommend that you do that.
