Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Go to the following page on Samsung's website and select your EXACT model number - the part that comes after the YP-K3 - if they still have the software, you will find it there:

SOURCE: I am going to Russia, I will not have a computer to charge my fitbit, I will have 110v can I use a cube to charge to charge the fitbit and dongle

those usb portachargers work great for me , I don't go to foreign lands but I do go out in the fields for days sometimes and there is no power at all out there 4 sure !!

they keep my phone and tablet going the whole time !!
