Your CASIO has four push button and one for winding button. the first button has mark of LIGHT , the below button is MODE ,,upper right START/STOP,,, lower is LAP/RESET. the center button is what they called it a CROWN to set crown is just pull it and you can set the hour and minute. the LIGHT button is the set button also, just press it for 15 seconds if dial flashes, then go to MODE button and choose what going to set, the START/STOP -- LAP/RESET is the scroll button you going up and down the number or on /off ,some model of Casio Edifice, the set is in the MODE button just press it long and if flashes it ok. and follow procedure what i said before. setting cannot damage the watch. On most brands, there are pins that form hinges for the links of strap. You need to push them out to remove links. Usually you would find arrows marked from inside of the metal bracelet which show you the direction in which to remove the pins. You can remove it if you have a small watch maker's screwdriver but you have to be careful. or get one of these ..
