Twin Moons Hidden Object Game--all progress is lost and game reverted progress back to beginning. Installed it about a year ago through Microsoft Store.How can I get my progress back??

hi. most stores now will not take back cd's once opened. some how you are supposed to know its bad before you open it? anyway, on the back of the case or box you should find a contact web site or address or phone # (usually web) contact them and let them know about it and they will probably take care of it. they are usually pretty good about these things as unhappy customers means lower sales. hope this helps you.

if there is something wrong with it physically there isn't much you can do ...but if it is a driver issue or it is disabled this can be corrected..
first reinstall the driver ..and pair them again ...and see if ti works ..Also try to see if it works to get the pc in BIOS setting by pressing del on start ...if it does it means it is a windows issue and once in bios default to optimal factory settings ..confirm with f10 and restart ..Like I said reinstall the driver ..and pair them again ...cause it may be just a driver error ..or the batteries went out and after changing need to be paired again with the receiver ..press that button and let them found themselves again..

There is no way to retrieve it. By deleting the games and their memory from the system, you've erased all of your progress with them.

might not be compatible on the iOS you may need update the app by going into app store go to updates and see if it needs updating
