This means it cannot complete the process because something got knocked loose when it hit. They are very difficult to take apart.

Factory reset!

Not quite sure, you could hard reset it back to factory settings but anything you've put on it up to this point will be lost. If it has reset hole on it, hold it down for about a minute. IF possible try to restore it back to a certain point.

You need to do a full reset and restore the tablet to factory settings. It would be wise if you can access anything to save it before you do a restore.

The answer to your problem is to reset your tablet by going into setting and find privacy tap into it and there are backup and restore sections. There is also a section to reset back to factory reset. Tap into it and it will restore back to work.

You will need to restore the device if you cannot remember your password. Just connect the iPad to your computer, open iTunes and select the restore option. Be aware this will erase the data on the iPad, but as far as I know you cannot unlock it without the password.

Hopefully you have a recent backup and then can just put the data back once it's been restored.

you will need the 3 recovery disks that came with the PC, back up/copy call files you want to keep Pic's, word, ect.
also copy call your IE Favorites.
good luck as you know this will wipe your hard drive. you will need to reload the updated drivers for the Pen and the Video Drivers. hard to find.
