Look for a reset button.
does it get power?
It may need to be opened up and investigated inside the motor and electrical in search for the open circuit that won't close

SOURCE: 6 gallon proforce air compressor not building any pressure

You might have a broken valve. You'll need to pull the head apart. But make sure replacement parts are available first. Does this unit have an unloader valve on it ? That could also be your problem. You probably should check this first

SOURCE: I broke the wheel on my Proforce (VPP0200604) air

The wheel kit has been discontinued so I would go to http://www.mastertoolrepair.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=wheel&x=23&y=9 and see if you can match one up.

Need piston rod for rep0200604 compressor

A search of your model number turns up a powermate compressor. Unfortunately the piston rod is not available as a seperate part, you have to order the entire pump/motor unit. The only place I could find it was at this link: http://www.ereplacementparts.com/powermate-vpp0200604-single-stage-oil-lubricated-air-compressor-parts-c-117046_117047_117049.html.

Compressor won't turn off automatically

adjust regulator. take off cover from regulator, release bolt or screw in the spring. if you do this while running watch out for electrical shock. if this dont work, check electrical part of regulator. can be stuck. watch pressure gauge not go over max. good luck.
