wifi does not not go outdoors, you must web connect the camera.
there is no other way.
ask them, ? it is not simple. at all, you must be wifi connected and not AP direct,
you must open an incoming port like 8080 in your routers firewall
ask them for sure. first.

I dont like this company , no manuals there worth beans.

try buying from USA< Amcrest,
have 4 cams for 5+ years, 100% solid and there NVR.
i can watch my NVR from 12,000 miles away that good.

This is just a joke:- nobody can get an answer to not reset the password for the camera it for the password that keeps annoying you after you tap on the V380 app it’s started with adding password to log in , this is it your in but with peoples problems and needs this answer if we log out now we will never be able to log back into this station cause you can’t reset the password , COMPLENDEA

Clean it!! You will need to pull the case off it and get all the dust off the boards and fan, I would use a can of compressed air.
