The Wimax modem you are trying to get a manual for is only currently being widely used in Japan I believe.

It's a good unit and pretty easy to set up even if you don't read Japanese. The easiest way is to make sure there are no other wi-fi networks around and then access it via wifi. Most modern operating systems will automatically detect it and you'll need to enter in the AES password on the back of the unit wear it says (AES) lots of spaces than colon than the password. Or if you try to access it on a portable device you may have to enter in the WEP password. (there will be two networks autodetected probably and each network is a different type and has a respective password)

Once you have done this you still won't have internet. You have to type in http://web.setup/ in the internet browser of the device you are using. If nothing happens try the other network with the other password above. If still nothing happens then try entering http://192.168.0.1/

Once you have successfully done this you'll be prompted to put in a user name an password. Use the user name "admin" with some password several times until you get prompted to enter a new one and then again below.

You'll need a Japanese friend to help you with the rest.

(and it's better to not use an iphone/ipad etc.. or you may end up in a weird refresh loop (if this happens close the window in safari and exit and try again with "admin" and your new password.)
