This command may be somewhere in the menu system - failing that, look it up in the manual.

If the playback of old pictures are fine but camera mode displays lines across, you may have a defective CCD chip. These are expensive repair averaging around $110. Some local shop may able to repair it. Good luck -James. For further assistance by email, go to www.camerarepairjapan.com

SOURCE: I dropped my Nikon Coolpix 4300. The camera will

It is probably a connection problem. I removed the 9 screws from the bottom and 2 sides of the camera, opened it slightly and snapped it shut after looking within.. The problem cleared. Bring it to the service center if you feel you can't put it back together again after you open the case. It is not a card issue.

Return the camera right away, it is clear this is a manufacture defect, nothing more can be done.

Bracketing with a Nikon L105

Well, in a word, no. However the camera does have exposure compensation (multi function button +/- and adjust the exposure compensation up or down) but the camera is not "smart" enough to give you the + and - effects of auto bracketing found on the more advanced Nikon cameras...I believe the D5100 is the least expensive in the Nikon lineup with feature. Good luck.

After inserting memory card in Nikon coolpix L105 the error 'this card cannot be used' has occured. what is the solution?

The L105 works with SD cards. Make sure you're not using an SDHC card. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

How do I dissasemble nikon L105

You don't! That is a job for a qualified camera repair man. Trust me. I know what I am talking about. You will have a pile of parts that you cannot reassemble when you are done and on a Coolpix, the resulting repair bill will mushroom to more then the replacement cost of the camera. Cameras and lenses come apart fairly easily, but often cannot be reassembled by following a simple reverse order of the process.

Unfocused Pics

If you use the "macro" setting (the flower symbol on the command dial), and are holding the camera steady, it should work. Try to ensure sufficient light by shooting near a window. You should also disable the flash by using the arrow on the dial to go to the "no flash" setting. The main problem is most likely that you are shooting close to the images, so the macro setting is a must. Good luck.
