change your temperature sensor, it's broken and it's going to down temperature

The problem is likely with one of the two fans. A new fan is available from Danby (1-800-263-2629). My noisy fan is the condensor fan located at the bottom rear of the device. After removing the cooler from under the cabinet, the source of the noise was obvious. You will need to tell them whether it is the upper fan or lower fan. Leave the cooler upright for a few hours before you plug it in so that you do not damage the condenser. Price for the fan from Danby is $20.15 including shipping. Clean the condenser located under the unit. This may help. However, more serious problems involve refrigeration leaks shorted thermistors and non running fan motors. All are common. I recommend an authorized Subzero tech for this unit if cleaning the condenser does not help.

usually bad power supply, if the cooling fan isn't running either. These are horribly inefficient coolers that use a lot of power to accomplish little cooling. The power supplies are quite notorious to burn up.
If your supply is 12vdc output, you might be able to replace it with a supply from radio shack. dont use a battery charger though.

the reason you should not lay a fridge/freezer on its side is that you will get air bubbles in the cooling pipes, which you may not be able to get rid of when you turn it back upright.I have moved loads of f/f, in the past and have had no problems,as long as you give the unit at least 24 hours to right itself.....and keep the door(s) closed while it is "resting"
