Solution
CAUSE: Fusing roller failure to turn due to a broken Fuser Rotation Sensor Holder.
SOLUTION: Replace Broken Fuser Rotation Sensor Holder (p/n A00J 7323 01).
SOURCE: I need to remove the
First turn power off, there are 2 switches. One on the side of the lcd screen and the other is located on the lower right front side. Then unplug from the wall outlet!!!
Now open the r side vertical transport door( note if the fuser unit is hot wait aprox. 30 minutes too cool down) remove the 2 silver screws which are directly on the fuser unit ( use a magnetic tip screw driver, this will make it easier) gripit with both hands to avoid letting the fusing unit fall down. When reinstalling the fusing unit,
be sure to press the fusing unit into
the machine until the surfaces of the gear mesh are seated ok.( there is a green knob to the right that you can turn whch will allow the gears to rotate.
next step is to reinstall the silver screws, and close the transport door. Now you can plug the power cord back in to the wall. and turn on the power switches. Note the fuser counter will automatically reset itself to 0 ( that is if you installed a new Fuser unit.) There might be a funny smell for a couple of hours due to the new unit installed fuser. Good Luck
SOURCE: Error code on Konica Minolta C350
There is not a C0876 listed in the service manual. Perhaps it's a C0B76 - Finishing option Punch Unit Board Malfunction.
CAUSE: The shaft on which the gear rides is deformed. The punch unit cannot be driven from front to rear.
SOLUTION: Reform the shaft toward the punch unit rail. This will allow the drive gears to mesh properly so the punch unit can be mechanically driven from front to rear.
SOURCE: Bizhub Konica Minolta - Error Code C1183
First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.
