There are different selling limits on eBay like the account limit, you will be able to list a set quantity of items with a set of amount. There's another one, which is the category limit. Usually this is for high priced branded items. You can contact eBay to request for a higher selling limit. You may request to be transferred to the Specialists handling selling limits.

By the way, feedback percentage don't usually affect selling limits. It's only one of the requirements. Mostly, eBay will check your selling activities, seller dashboard, resolution center cases, gross monthly value and total sales and some more also Policy compliance. These are some of the factors they check for placing a limit in the account.

You will need to tell them why you want to increase and show proof of a solid selling history. of at least one month. They will then increase your limit usually 25 percent. Then after 30 days you can ask again and so on and son .

It is not, however, a flat 40 cents. eBay uses a graded insertion (listing) fee system that depends on the starting bid of the item you list. The selling limit was placed by eBay on the accounts for all new sellers and existing eBay members who has low selling ratings. To remove the limit, you will need to contact eBay to review your account and you need to speak with the safe harbor team or I think that's what they call that department who handles account restriction. you can get eBay's phone number using my trick below

Hi honestfunguy. Take it back! Omega watches are usually guaranteed for 2 years or even 3 years (Co-axial escapement), so you should not have a problem getting it repaired under warrantee. No way should it be be gaining (or losing) 10 minutes per day, let alone 10 minutes per hour. Could be any number of things, from a broken mainspring to problems with the timing regulator, but they are very complex watches and should not be looked at by anyone apart from Omega whilst in warrantee, otherwise you'll probably void the warrantee.
