Hello Wing Chow... Welcome to fixya,
IF
the FUEL is clean & fresh... spark plug is OKAY
and the OIL sensor is happy (read your manual)...
THEN
have a friend hold the SPARK WIRE close enough
to watch the high-voltage SPARK jump to the PLUG.
(personally recommend TEST LIGHTS (but whatever)).
Once that is all OK check the integrity of the FUEL line...
ELSE
it is time to get seriously into the MECHANICALS...
HONDA engines deserve a SKILLED hand.. and
will give YEARS of service with some modest
care.
SERVICE MANUAL... (like): 160 or 160E

... ( hope this helps anyway )
Carnac the Magnificent
Do you really think the person knows what you are talking about with the spark wire hopefully the gas tanks cap isnt of from checking the clean fuel, just sayin
YES.... I Think “the person” ( Will Chow )
Is intelligent… SMART: Deserves OUR respect.
He asks intelligent questions and gave sufficient detail ...
to get a RESPECTFUL ( perhaps even useful ) answer.
What is your interest...? Why now...??
How SMART ( or helpful ) was any part of YOUR
“lol” or 2800 psi “humor”...
Again: What’s your interest?

2800 psi your gonna blow the car over with that thing lol
SOURCE: I need an IPL for Honda GC160 5hp engine
This may help. Get the name and number off from the carb such as walbro or zama to name a few and go to that indivdual web site and print out a parts list. I have done it many times and it works for me. I hope this will help. Donnyb60
SOURCE: Pressure washer with Honda Engine GC160 only run
The carb is clogged. It needs to be cleaned, or replace. Keep in mind some of the carb passageways are as small as a human hair so they are difficult to clean which is why I mention replacing. You can try using carb cleaner etc in the gas, but I don't think it will work if you need the choke that much.
SOURCE: What type of oil is needed for a Honda GC160 Power
The type of oil recommended for that engine is SAE 10W-30 and the capacity is 0.61 quarts. This and more can be referenced at the website at the end of this solution. I was able to find the owners manual of your particular engine.

SOURCE: Pressure washer started up fine
There could be a few reasons why this isn't working, most likely fuel related.
1. Change your fuel if it is more than 6 months old.
2. There could be a partial clog in the the fuel filter or line. This has happened to me before. it will run fine, but when more fuel is needed it is starved. If the fuel can had debris in it the tank may have gotten contaminated.
Check these items first, then if then if that doesnt work we will try some other ideas, but this will solve it 90% of the time.
SOURCE: craftsmen, power washer, 2800 psi, won't start when hot.
when it cuts out check for spark the coil might be bad

Usually answered in minutes!
did you get it started, if not is it pretty new, if yes the plug is okay, is the gas valve turned to on, did you prime it, if there is a primer, did you turn it on, ok sometimes when a person uses these things, that are of this magnitude they can also be tempermental, if you shut water down , before kicking it off, it could have tripped the fuse and blew it, try that.
NICE improvement from your FIRST answer:
"2800 psi your gonna blow the car over with that thing lol"
(I'm just saying).
Kind regards
