I have a Better Chef model # IM-335 and the heating element just went bad. Is there a place I can get a new one?

Cleaning depends on the model and Better Chef has lots! Normally is is descaling, but some require degreasing to get rid of the oil from the beans.

Jun 30, 2014 - This Better Chef 91580119M coffeemaker features a permanent filter and utilizes ground coffee or select pods to brew up to a 12-oz. cup.

The bake element has gone bad. They can visually look fine but still be bad. To check and replace that element you will unfortunately need to kill the power and remove it from the wall. Remove the back cover. Check for a low resistance (around 16 ohms) across the bake element. If the resistance is high the element is bad. Google the make and model for a replacement element.
