According to the service manual on your set you should see 12 volts on the power fuse on the tcon board...what do you have

It depends on standard factory settings by each manufacturer of the TV. However, while you may keep the brightness, contrast and color settings as per standard settings of the TV (generally they are 50%), the LED backlight may be kept to the bearest minimum and depending on your viewing pleasure. This will enable long life to your LED Panel. If DCR is available, turn it off and manually reduce the backlight setting to the bearest minimum.

Vizio P602ui-B3 won't power up. during viewing 1/2 of screen went awsy then other half froze. shut down wont come back on. Power light comes on - then fades. Then power light flashes 16 times. is that...

More than likely that is a main board problem. Check to see if you have stand by voltage. if you have stand by its the main board if you don't then its the power supply.if you change the main board out and it don't work then your Tcon board is bad too. thats the problem 99%
of the time when you have half screen.

Its part of the power board but are you sure that's the problem, more times than not its bad lamps not the LED driver bad.

I have a vizio E600I-B3. The screen has this green bar and sometimes it turns kinda purple.

There is a chance its the Tcon but it could be the main or cables and connectors as well...or the ***** sentence of a bad panel...one nice thing about timing boards they aren't usually very expensive
