What color are the wires ? According to my service information that vehicle doesn't have any EGR valve . Maybe your mixed up with something else .

the 03 doesnt have one but the 02 does ive seen removal kits but it wouldnt idle very well with the egr not connected i cleaned all the carbon out of the valve im jus really wanting to get it back running asap

Factory service info show's 1998 year having EGR Valve after that no . Has the engine been replaced with older motor

Does it misfire under load like when you press on the gas peddle after slowing down then accelerate or at idle. When you say spark plug did you mean all the spark plugs?

well if it is the 3.8 it is on the side of the plentum its alittle black box with two hoses and a wire conector if v-8 will be on the back of motor and will be a little silver box with the 2 hoses and wire connector and the sensor is called D.P.F.E. sensor at ford

If its the 3.0 diesel pull the rubber pipe off the EGR valve in the inlet manifold push a ball bearing /air gun pellet up it and put the pipe back on - job done .

You don't try anything
The Codes you get are sensors reporting
an out of range condition.
That means you find out why,not change them
The 300 is a misfire issue
I suggest as much as i like to see you
do all your own work,that you go to a repair
shop, that know the technolgy ,and you will not
have any of the test equip needed to solve much
of anything on todays vehicles

pull wire off # 2 see if idle changes if not there s no spark... test coil....test all vacuum lines for leaks also. if all good then idle speed sensor.
