You didn't mention the model so I can't help all that much but if you get into advanced menu you can change the setting to reverse the picture there and make it normal again
That is difficult to watch. Either you need to turn the TV upside-down, or lay on your back looking up?

Go into the menu, select "Settings", then "System" and then uncheck the "Ceiling" mode. The image will flip around instantly.

If you select "source" on your remote then enter 7343 it will bring up a factory menu. Go down to 'Other setting' , the setting 'scaler output' should be set to "Normal". This setting flips the display.
