HOW ARE YOU TAJIMA TEAM, how do i fix error bc3 on tajima embroidery machionery, we dont know if its software problem or usb port need to be replaced

We are having a similar problem with one of our single head Tajima TMEX-C1201 machines. In our case the design runs part of the way, then the head jumps and continues running and ruins the work. Any feedback on this would also be appreciated. Thanks.
