If you are experiencing an E1 error message on your ReliOn blood pressure monitor, it may indicate a problem with the device or its components. To reset or reboot the monitor, you can try the following steps:
Remove the batteries from the blood pressure monitor. Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Reinsert the batteries into the monitor, ensuring that they are properly installed and secured. Turn on the monitor and attempt to take your blood pressure reading again. If the E1 error persists, it may indicate a problem with the cuff, tubing, or other components of the blood pressure monitor. In this case, you may need to contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for further assistance.
It is important to ensure that the monitor is functioning correctly and accurately before relying on its readings. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your blood pressure readings or monitor.
The most common error symbol that appears on the display panel is a EE with a down arrow and two numerals. The reason for the EE Error Indicator is generally caused because the cuff has been wrapped too loose. The cuff was under-inflated during the measurement.
According to your User Guide, 'EE' stands for Cuff has been placed incorrectly. Wrap the cuff properly so that it is positioned correctly. Also, did you move during measurement? Measure again and hold arm and wrist still.
