It is one of HV (high voltage board) was the problem. Don't know if was HV1 or HV2 have to check both

Try reboot holding utility key down and do trouble reset, if it doesn't help then there is something wrong with exit motor, call for service

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

you cannot overide the administrator password on the konicas the default password is 12345678 try that

Check and make sure there are no jams by the fuser ie: bits of paper in the paper path.
Output the test pattern to check whether the uneven density occurs on Y toner area.
Check the intermediate transfer belt, and clean/replace it if there is toner image or damage
