When i try to join freind party or invite him it says failer
If you invite someone to the party that can join then invite the person who is not workin when you invite them it should work with someone else in the party

Since the recent patch they are harder to lock. The principle behind it is to block the incoming connections to the lobby by having a client overthrow between the host and the party. All you need to do is go to "find match" then "free-for-all" then as soon as you get into the lobby where it's looking for people you need to invite the players that you want in. The easiest way to do this is to have them all in a party then just invite the party. The best person to find a match and to invite everyone is the person that has the slowest connection. I would choose someone with a wireless connection that is far from their router. In order to keep it locked, the host MUST stay in the game. This takes a couple of tries and only works with 4 or more people.
It's the router. The download rate sucks. I'm sure if you've ever tried watching videos on You-Tube via your WIFI connection, you probably get aggrevated with it because the video will play for like 30-45 secs and then lock up. The easiest way to solve these problems is to direct connect whenever possible.
You should still be able to play online with people, as the party privacy only effects parties that YOU make. If you join a playlist, you should be able to join in on the fun :)
Try turning off your console and turning it back on- that's what I did. Are you using a wireless adapter? If so, then it may have trouble connecting. Try moving it to an area closer to your router. Also, the cod5 servers **** lol, so it may clear up in time. If you haven't checked already, make sure his game isn't full.
The problem is your internet is not good enough to host or join their game. There is probably some type of connection problem or their game is full. Hope this helps.
There are lots of reasons for this, you don't match the ranking requirements, the room is full, network or host error. Nothing to worry about, just try another room.
this is a common problem. one of you needs to reset your internet connection... i used to have the same problem. (its not a setting issue)... this should work but if it doesn't, please let me know
