IMO Never Use a cleaning disc for Gaming consoles. Which Xbox 360 do you have? Is it the Older Model or newer one? You can Try Blowing into Your Xbox disc drive. Is your xbox up to date, you can unplug your xbox 360 and from the wall and the Xbox. Wait 25 Mins and Try again.
erm this might be a firmware issue i suggest if your still under warrenty contact xbl customer support and they will reflash the firmware on the cd drive
You should checkl your game disc for scratched or dirt.
If there is scratches on your disc, that might be the problem. If you go to your nearest GameStop, there is normally a "disc-fixer" which they can use on your disc, for not that much money. And that will fix your disc, and make it less glitchy/reaable.
If that's not the problem, you should try ejecting the disc tray, and blow "downward" into the xbox,, and onto the opotic reader, because if there is dust on the reader, that will make it much more difficult for the xbox to read the discs.
Try updating your Xbox 360 console on Xbox Live with the game inside the disctray. Once you join Xbox Live it will automatically prompt you for an update, all you need to do is to confirm.
Well the disc driver obviously works on most of your games except saints row 2. Saints row 2 is in mint condition well i have this problem too with my 360 it reads some games and it doesn't read my other ones well theirs a few ways one is by leaving the game inside of the console and shut it down wait like 5 seconds and turn it back on. Another is to make sure the laser its self doesn't have dust on it. And when you put in a disc listen to it as it spins if makes any weird scratching noise its probably the laser hitting the disc a lot of 360s disc have been getting scratched recently due to the fact in microsoft's original design of the disc drive the laser keeps on hitting the disc and scratching it so if thats the case you have to replace the disc drive. If solutions don't help let me know i might be able to help you more.
Check all your sound connector behind your TV and make sure its fully plugged in and then next check your sound options in the dashboard. if all these are correct and your not having trouble with other games it is probably your game disk and i would recommend getting a new one or trying to send this disk back and say it has manufacturer defects.Tell me how it goes
