IMO Never Use a cleaning disc for Gaming consoles. Which Xbox 360 do you have? Is it the Older Model or newer one? You can Try Blowing into Your Xbox disc drive. Is your xbox up to date, you can unplug your xbox 360 and from the wall and the Xbox. Wait 25 Mins and Try again.
You should checkl your game disc for scratched or dirt.
If there is scratches on your disc, that might be the problem. If you go to your nearest GameStop, there is normally a "disc-fixer" which they can use on your disc, for not that much money. And that will fix your disc, and make it less glitchy/reaable.
If that's not the problem, you should try ejecting the disc tray, and blow "downward" into the xbox,, and onto the opotic reader, because if there is dust on the reader, that will make it much more difficult for the xbox to read the discs.
It is probably scratched, or have became dirty, unless there might be a problem with the xbox laser-reader.
Try with other games, and if there is the same problems, it might be the laser-reader.
If it might be the laser-reader, you should try ejecting the disc tray, remove the disc if there is one, and try to blow "downward", because there might be dust on the reader, which can give the xbox problems with reading discs.
It is normally the disc that either is scratched, has dust on it or is dirty.
You can clean the disc with warm water if it is dirty, that won't damage it, but don't use boiling water, that would be crossing the line.
If the game is scratched, you might check your nearest GameStop, they might have this disc fixer, or whatever they call it. They have it here in Norway, so I guess they have it most places around the world. :)
I think you have to reset the xbox to get there ..and loading the game again will get you to the start ..cause this game is supposed to save the stats and even be able to skip ones to get to any one already achieved.. Or try to enter the game and change the player name ..this way you will not load the achieved stats for your nick ..
I have had similar issues with Saints Row 2, the best fix that I have found is at the main dashboard menu go over to settings> memory and highlight your hard drive or other primary storage location and press "Y" choose the option to clear system cache. Hopefully that will work for you.
Sounds like you have either a scratched/dirty/or just a faulty disk causing a glitch in the program. Unless you got this game downloaded from xbox live to your console, which in that case you'ld need to contact microsoft/xbox360/technical support
