I turn my printer on and it goes through it initial setup procedure then awitches straight off, any ideas peeps
Someone at SuperUser contacted Epson and was told to turn off the WiFi router (break connection), then disable Google Cloud Printing. That had mixed results.
Others found it easier to disable WiFi on the printer, then disable GCP.
I have the same problem with my Epson WF-2530. The only thing that has gotten it to stay on for any time at all is disabling the Wi-Fi. But I need to have it on Wi-Fi to print!
I tried going to my printer's IP address to disable Google Cloud Print but my printer won't stay on long enough for me to suspend or delete it. Is there another way?
I managed to disconnect it from GCP through the IP address in one of my many attempts while the printer was looping. Disabled Wi-Fi so the printer would stay on, then I was able to restore default settings. Turned Wi-Fi on and I was able to print. Thanks so much! I also did a little reading on SuperUser to get more info. I appreciate the help.

Hi,
No, only one time installation is sufficient. You might see problem if you install wrong driver on the wrong O/S..
You may find details information about epson FX at http://etech.maiila.com/epson-fx-2190-driver-software-download-including-for-vista
