The problem is the main digital board. It does not have a reset button.

Ur LCD inverter board is dead.Replaced this LCD inverter board will get ur picture back.Tries websites Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish LCD inverter board for the replacement.The board is a long shape board.

HERE'S THE FIX: I just went through this with my Vizio VX37L. TV is stuck in RGB input. This is the fix.... TV is stuck in RGB input.
(option 1) Power on TV, and press the INPUT button repeatedly and rapidly until you can change to a different input, such as AV.
If that doesn't work, try:
(option 2) With the TV off, press and hold the INPUT button on the side of the TV for about 5 seconds. The TV should power on and the input list will appear. The TV will no longer be locked, and the INPUT button should function properly after that.

Option 2 worked for me!

Television was repaired under warranty. A new motherboard was installed but did not fix the problem. A new front panel assembly was installed and fixed the problem.

remove back, only exposed board there is PS, look where blue/brown AC wire plugs into it, fuse (F1) is there (5amp-250v)
if fuse is good and you get no power or front light replace that board, or start component level troubleshooting (usually regulator trans or SM fuses (000)
