Scooter works until the charged. Once charged and the charging is disconnected the scooter will not work although eventually it seems to reset itself.

1. Check the battery: Make sure the battery is fully charged and properly connected to the scooter. If the battery is low, charge it fully before trying to use the scooter.

hi if youre batteries have been sitting for 18 months without a charge they r probably no good now after batteries sit for a long time the plates develop a coating & when u do charge them the they will not charge properly..youre charger guage is not a true reading the only way Is to use a battery LOAD tester this will give u a true reading on the condition of youre batteries...u can buy a battery load tester of e/bay for aprox $35 ........

There can be several flash codes, each one means a specific

You would need a voltmeter to check the charger in order to see if it is charging the batteries. New batteries if purchased from a reputable outfit will have a nominal charge and should work initially in order to test the scooter. Depending on the model check for blown fuses and disconnected wires on the battery boxes, connections, plugs and charging circuits including the wall outlet. Hi. These machines will not charge themselves if the batteries are too flat. The charging system is run by the micro processor IC in the scooter. If the battery voltage is too low the the IC will not have enough voltage to operate.
Remove the batteries from the machine and charge in parallel on a 12 volt charger. Once they are charged, put them back in the machine, and try the scooter on charge again.

We have had problems with scooter batteries from time to time and the repair man said to take apart the battery case and disconnect the batteries and use a car charger. I put the two battery in parallel and used a amp battery charger. This worked fine.
Don't run your scooter batteries all the way down when using the Go Go as the scooter charger won't always bring them up to full charge and you may have repeat this. Also running the batteries all the way down shortens there life.

Check the fuses may have a Blown fuse

Check to see if power supply witch charges the scooter is not faulty
