Popping sounds from plasma tv's are almost always caused by a blown sustain board ( Y,Z, or both). It could be a main power supply also. Have a technician check it out.

Its means that your television have no power.Maybe the power supply is dead.Its better to repair the power supply.If you have knowledge in TV,will you remove the back cover and check the power supply.Check the fuse if blown and check if the capacitors is leaked.
this one has a few bad caps in the power supply,C5 and C6 330mf at 450volt and Q6,Q8 are problably bad part number K2372,you mite want to replace the power supply board part number BN96-00249A
