The flashing indicator light means something needs to be refilled or emptied.

Hope this can help:
I managed to take mine apart because I was having a lot of leaking steam from the steam wand (as posted earlier). I followed your instructions, and all worked very well. Just to prepare readers, this is what I found. The green seal on the steam end was torn, as previously described. I noticed it start to "drag" a bit during use (daily for the past year), and it must have stuck and torn over time. See photos. I replaced with a part from ACE, see photo. Be sure to lube before re-assembly. Hope the photos help!

I had a crack in the tube that connected to the brew group that resulted in a similar dumping of coffee in the dregs (and below the dreg drawer and onto the counter) in my Saeco Odea Giro. Replacing the "Saeco Odea Giro Coffee Dispensing Tube, part number 11003468, fixed my problem. You can replace this yourself if you are very handy. These photos are very helpful (The Go seems pretty similar to the Giro.) http://odeago.zxq.net/Odea_Go_Repair/Welcome.html
SOURCE: How can i reset de saeco odea giro plus ?
Turn off the machine. Open the side panel, remove the dreg tray, remove the dreg box and remove the brew group. reinsert the dreg box without the tray. Using a flat head screw driver insert lightly into the slot where the brew group sensor is until you hear a click. Hold the screw driver in place while closing the side door and turning it on. The head will re-align. Now open the side panel, remove the box and reassemble. Leave the machine off for an hour and turn back on. That should reset it.
