Bosch dishwasher error code e 01
If a Bosch dishwasher displays the error code e01, it means the control panel is malfunctioning. ... If the dishwasher does not work at all or fails, the faulty control board is probably the case. It controls all the functions.
Many owners of the Bosch dishwashers perceive h01 (h: 01) or h02 (h: 02) and other signs as an error. But in fact, this is not an error, and you accidentally got into the start-up timer menu (delayed start of washing dishes). In this case, h01 means that washing dishes will start exactly in 1 hour; if the display shows h02, then washing process will begin exactly in 2 hours. As a rule, in most models of dishwashers from Bosch, a delayed start can be set in the range from 1 to 24 hours. The symbol you're describing is saying the salt tank is empty. Normally on this model if the dispenser isn't opening it's because it's not heating, the dispenser is triggered when it reaches a set temperature
Many Bosch dishwashers have a design flaw...the door will not fully close and pops out after you start it. When this happens the D/W will not run. You can go to the Bosch website to order the part to fix this and no they will not reimburse you nor acknowledge your email to customer service.
I think, this is not an error. The user manual describes how to show the error codes (see picture below). I suppose it comes to delay the start of the program in 1-hour steps up to 24 hours and is indicated by a lowercase "h:1" - "h:24". Also, it is used a capital letter "H:07" when adjusting regeneration depend of the water hardness, but water hardnes is between H:0 - H:7 (so it is impossible H:19).
You said, Your Bosch dish washer won't work. A number 1 is displayed on the electronic panel.
If it is displaying"01" then that means the extra dry setting is being applied! Did you try to use the extra Dry setting? Did the dishwasher work before this or is it brand new? What is the model number and year? Let me know ! I'm waiting for your response
