SOURCE: relisys tl 766 monitor

ok i think i know how to get rid of it now, i did an ATX reset on it and it does go away HOWEVER as soon as you push the menu button again it comes back.

ATX Reset: unplug the main power lead then hold down the power button on the front of the monitor for about 10 seconds, plug the mains lead back in and then switch the monitor on.

Flickering and garbeled screen

Try to lower your screen display resolution: you might have to do it under 'Safe Mode' (eg. reboot your computer in 'Safe' mode normally done using the F8 key during the initial boot sequence) as your screen display appears to be unstable/unreadable.

Relisys TL766 monitor. OSD menu continually open, wont close. Standby button doesnt always function.

Here is a definite solution to all those having problems with OCS menu on Relisys TL 766 Monitor.
Having tried many of the posted solutions none of which worked. The only option was to visit my local PC repair shop who disconnected the OCD monitor for UK £15.00. Spare parts for this model are no longer available. Only down side was the power indicator light in middle of now redundant control buttons does not work. Otherwise a monitor works perfectly. NO MORE STRESS.
