It sounds like the battery is dead, and not accepting/holding a charge. it sounds like it needs to be replaced.

Aquasoothe travelite classic (four wheels)

only thing i would recommend is make sure the bearings are well greased and any other moving part / joints are also well greased, if you are happy to take the tools to it, there should be a barring that might be loosened up, or a couple of lock nuts that could be loosened slightly. this should make the steering much easier.

DRIVEMEDICAL PHOENIX 3 WHEEL Just bought it and charged it for 10hours. When I put battery into scooter, all the battery lights come on- 2red 1yellow 2green.....so is it charged? are the connections loose?...

Wez Thats a normal indication of a full charge. The battery level indicator will go down as you use the scooter. Always charge the scooter overnite if you use it a good bit during the day. With new batteries it will take 8-10 charging to break them in and operating at 100%. Always store fully charged and if not used alot charge once a week after you have charged the batteries 8-10 times

Hope this helps

Do you need to have batteries on charge everynight even if you have not used the scooter as ive been told that with the travelite you do i borrowed one in process of buying it from friend

If you use the scooter then charge it. You need to charge the scooter at least once a week even if you don't use it. More importantly is that you charge the scooter for at least 8 hours at a time. If you charge it less then it will start killing the batteries.

Hi, I take it been taken then, do you get a error codes ?

see below

DIAGNOSTIC FLASH CODES
The diagnostic flash codes for your scooter are designed to help you perform basic troubleshooting quickly and
easily. A diagnostic flash code will flash from the status LED in the event one of the conditions listed below
develops.
NOTE: Your scooter will not run unless the flash code condition is resolved and the scooter has been
turned off, then turned back on.
Any electromechanical device occasionally requires some troubleshooting. However, most of the problems that
may arise can usually be solved with a bit of thought and common sense. Many of these problems occur because
the batteries are not fully charged or because the batteries are worn down and can no longer hold a charge.
FLASH CODE CONDITION SOLUTION
! (1) Battery charge is low. Charge batteries as soon as possible.
! ! (2)
Batteries are too low to operate the
scooter.
Charge batteries.

back on again.
! ! ! ! (4) Current limit time out.
Turn the scooter off for a few minutes,
then turn your scooter back on.
