Where can I find a user manual for a Whirlpool Cabrio washer, model wtw6400swo? Google search turns up dozens of links, but they're all for an 8 page parts manual, not the user manual.

Which model Whirlpool Cabrio washer do you have? For the WTW8000DW, you need to pull the dispenser tray forward until you feel resistance. Then push down on the one tab (between the fabric softener compartment and the detergent compartment) near the back of the dispenser. Continue to pull the dispenser tray forward. (Hold the tab down at least to start pulling the tray further forward.)

It is overload error.
"oL" (Over Load)
Is the washer overloaded? The washer has attempted to fill •
and begin the wash cycle. If the washer is overloaded, it will
drain any water and detergent that was added during the fill.
To correct the overload, remove several items and add
detergent. Close lid and press START.

Also try to download user manual from this site and check page 19.

Sorry to have to tell you, this machine is junk. Google search "Whirlpool Cabrio" and see the number of complaints for this model.

If you Just bought it, I would try to return it for refund or exchange for a different model, if you can.

Inspect the rotor position sensor for loose or frayed wires. The washer tub and motor are all suspended on 4 rods. See page 59
More about the rotor position sensor is on page 57 of your service manual.
