In order to recover your password or be allowed into your Gmail account you need to remember your email address.

Enter your email address using another phone or laptop/PC, then a little way below, you'd see this "forgotten password", click on this, it's a link.
Google will request you provide a phone number or an alternate email address it can send your email account password reset to.
Access the email sent, inside, you will notice an email password reset link, click on it.
From there, you can enter a new password for your accountt: this time around, write your new password say in a diary so you don't forget or lose it again.

I had the same problem with my galaxy j7, I forgot the login password to get in to my phone. I tried a hard factory reset to manufacture settings. I had contacts and photos backed up with google account, so it was okay to erase and reset the phone. The login password was gone and the phone started like i had just bought it, but then I ran into another problem. My google user account was still logged in when I reset the phone. Androids and googles Factory Reset Protection was activated and a message said "an unauthorized attempt to factory reset was detected, please login with the original user email and password". I forgot the screensaver password and google account password I was still locked out of my phone. Two options I had then was the local phone repair store (boost mobile was going to charge 40$ to unlock my phone) recommended to try this first. The other option was to reset google account password and login to email from another computer for password verification and wait googles 72 hour FRP lockout to use new password to login. You can reset it following the indications to "can't remember password". Your options are an alternate email address or remembering some old password to your email. If you can't give them any answrs, condier your email asddress lost, you'll never get past these page.unless you recover your old phone number

Since you can no longer get the email adress again then i suggest that you open a new facebook account with the email address and password that you are familiar with that is the one you remember
