Funny noise indicating that there is a paper jam while there is nothing what to do to clear that noise.

THE LOAD CLICKING NOISE COULD BE THE CARRAGE JUMPING IN AND OUT, DUE TO THE CARRIAGE BEING JAMMED,SWITCH OFF POWER AND TRY MOVING CARRAGE ALONG SLIDE, REASON FOR THIS ANSWER IT HAPEND TO MY PRINTER AND I CLEARED IT BUY DOING AS ABOVE

Noise and jamming to different for the noise fuser unit replacement, for the jam where does it say the paper is at???

Hello, It sounds like your pickup rollers or the motor for the rollers are bad. It will have to be taken in for repairs.

The Paper Jam message may appear on the display if the Brother machine is not feeding paper correctly, paper scraps stucked or the paper is not loaded properly in the paper tray, the jam clear cover located in the back of the machine, is not installed properly or the PE Actuator is missing or damaged.

Hi,

You need to try clearing the paper using a airblower if you do not have a air blower try with a vacuum cleaner, surely it cleans up. Unless until you remove the paper it shows the msg.

If you think you have no other option and you tried everything its better to call some service guy and get it done.

Hello sir; Paper jam ,it doesn't real mean paper jamming inside, it could be something else, such as paper clip, or staples etc. check very carefully you will find out something stuck over there.

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.
