F-24 error code so I ran a clean washer cycle, and the laundry room is now flooded.

You can only add items to the wash for a few minutes after that washer starts. If you found something you want to add you have to restart the cycle. This is a safety feature added to the front load. After the washer is full of water it doesnt allow the door to open so the water in the machine doesnt flood you laundry room.

Same problem! Flooded the laundry room and about 1/4 of the basement. Happens randomly, not every load. Checked all hoses, they are snug and don't appear to be leaking at all. sensor, or if the shipping bolts are removed prior to situating the washer. . In
this case, a servicer would need to take a look at the unit. In this case, you

The problem is the water level indicator.

IMPORTANT: Read thoroughly. DO NOT add detergent or other laundry products to this cycle.
1. Remove all items from the washer.
2. Open the dispenser drawer and 2/3 cup (160 mL) of liquid chlorine bleach to the bleach compartment. DO NOT use more than 2/3 cup (160mL) of bleach per cycle as this will lead to product damage.
3. Close the washer door and dispenser drawer.
4. Select the Clean Washer cycle or a full wash cotton 104 F wash (40 C). DO NOT use any higher temperature as this will cause unnecessary fumes
5. Press Start and allow cycle to complete.
6. If the bad odour persists, repeat the procedure 1 or 2 more times. This may be necessary if this is the first time you have run this cycle.
7. After the cycle is complete, leave the door open slightly to allow ventilation and drying of the washer interior.
8. Repeat the cleaning procedure monthly.
To maintain the washer freshness:
1. Use only HE High Efficiency detergent.
2. Leave the door open after each cycle to for better ventilation and drying of the washer interior.
3. Use warm / hot water in your machine unless the fabric you are washing requires cold.
4. Use the correct amount of fabric softener.
5. If your laundry room is damp, use a dehumidifier.
6. Clean the door seal of visible residue.

Probably one of the water cut off solenoids not shutting off.
Do you use both hot AND cold water?
Try using only cold water first. If that works, maybe hot water solenoid is faulty.
Next, connect cold water to the HOT inlet, and try it again. This means you have now tried each of the solenoids, and maybe identified which one is faulty (assuming thats the problem!). If water wont cut off after trying this, the problem will be with whatever level sensing device it has, but I am not familiar with the model you have, so cant help there. Good luck.

kathy..theres three screws at the bottom panel...remove them,,always unplug first...and you will see your pump claen your filter,,ok onthejob,,just screw it out

the water level sensor is defective and need to be replaced

best approach is be sure to clean drain pipe build up over the years may have created partial blockage
