I HAVE A SHOP RIDER ELECTRIC SCOOTER.IF ITS THE SAME,
IS IT IN GEAR,ON MOST SCOOTERS THE LEVER IS UNDER THE REAR BUMPER AREA

If it's the same as mine, it's pretty simple. The roller is spring-loaded, like many toilet-paper rollers. Grab it and move it to the right (as you're facing the front of the chair). The other end will come free and you can pull it out. Slip the paper roll onto the roller, over the four wire tensioners (or whatever they're called), and put the roller back in place. Then pull the paper forwards and up over the cushion. At the back of the cushion, at the bottom right (as you're now looking at the back of the chair), there's a little lever for your thumb. Push it to open a slot for the paper to feed into at the top of the chrome strip on the back of the head rest. Feed the paper into that (it may help to fold the leading edge of the paper into a point) so that it comes out at the bottom of the chrome strip. Release the thumb lever and tear off excess paper against the chrome strip. Hope this works for you.
