Tracfone was lost or stolden How to transfer photos and videos to new phone

Probably varies from SP to SP but from what I've heard from stolen-phone victims who did the same:
You first have to log your old phone as stolen with the SP.
Vodacom: apparently you register your new phone with the old number, then user profile and data is automatically transferred.
Another one I was told is to create an account, then transfer data to new phone number.
This is third-party info, as I've never done it myself.
Good Luck.

I have had my phone unblocked by Vodacom on the 14th October yet it still reads No Service WHY????

In order to complete the iphone unlock you need to sync with Itunes on your computer. If this still doesn't work best to try restoring the device from a backup.

Change imei

If you bought a stolen iPhone, you should bring it to the police. Maybe the device was reported stolen. If the police sees the IMEI code in their computer, they can contact the owner of the iPhone. If you payed for the phone, and you didn't know that it was stolen you didn't do anything wrong, but it is not your phone.
Maybe you don't like this answer, but it's the most fair thing to do.

My phone says device blocked. Wifi and bluetooth says error. And no Password or Account or UserName I bought it from someone what can I do

What type of phone is it and what service is it originally for? If the device is blocked from network access and it is verizon or att, the device has been blacklisted. Which means its been reported lost or stolen. Some people will buy insurance for their phone. Report it stolen. Insurance sends a new one. And the person turns around and sells their old one to you. If it is sprint or T-mobile it could be blacklisted (bad Esn), or it could owe bills on the account, which would have to be paid for the device to be unblocked.

I have a nokia 6700 classic which i lost at work place so i had it blocked..... however two days later the phone was recovered by someone finding and handing in how can i get my phone back working,...

Hello Jamesrtd29,

Since you have recovered your stolen phone, you can contact your service provider or the same person you have contacted to have it blocked on the first place. They may require you for some documentation especially the proof of purchase for this product to have it unblocked.

The place where you have your phone blocked will surely assist you unblocking.

Thank you,
Jack

N73:call not allowed

If the owner of the phone lost it or had it stolen, they can have the phone blocked, using the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. If that’s the case the phone can only be unblocked by a repair shop.
The SIM card is blocked because the person who's phone it was, doesn't want to pay for calls made by someone else. So the SIM card is never going to work again.

Blacklisting:
This is not a security code, but it works like one! To help combat mobile phone thefts, the networks share a database of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of mobile phones that have been reported stolen. Once a phone is on this list, it will not be allowed to use any of the networks.
This can be a risk if you buy a second-hand phone, because if it has been stolen, or if an unscrupulous seller makes an insurance claim after selling, the phone you bought in good faith may be permanently disabled.
Be very careful to check the source of a second-hand phone!
