Hi there, if it's anything like my WV50 - which we use for the shower - you'll find that it clogs up after some time and needs to be cleaned out. I've created a video that shows you how to open the head of the unit and clean out any obstructions.

In our case as we use it for the shower, it tends to get clogged with hair, shampoo and conditioner. You may well find that as you use yours for floors that there is also a similar problem.

Can you pick up leaves instead of blowing with wet dry vac

You can use a wet/dry vac to pick up leaves, but the leaves catch inside the hose and clog it. Not recommended unless the leaves are very small.

As in the machine leaves patterns on the carpet? That's totally normal. If its leaving dirt streaks, its not operating correctly.

The vacuum leaves roller marks,

check the small black plastic rollers in the head are rolling freely

Blue devil clogged my whole cooling system

Hi,buy from Hallfords or Wallmart a canof Car Aircond Sanitizer then follow the ibstruction from the bottle.
Leave the car in the garage for few day's.Prior setting up to go.enywhere then,just open the windows and put the aircond and the ventillation on full power,let the car running as this for about one hour,then drive with the ventillation on full power with open windows for few days until the smell clears .Regards

Just rec'd product...glazed sealed ceramic floors throughout home...followed instructions and washed all covers by themselves...have now mopped SAME area 4 times and still have DULL, STREAKY finish! PLEASE...

This type of problem usually is not he fault of the Shark Steam Mop.
The problem is the old residue left on the floors by other cleaners.
