Activation code is on the box or inside the manual. If you cannot get your unique code you will need to pay for a new licence. Contact TomTom website or the download management to do this. Anyone elses code will not work
this activation code is generated by the map suppliers. you submit the uniques number they compile it into an unlcok program and then send it to you. You replace the file and then it works. Doing it any other way may result in your GPS not working ever again
