Sorry to read about your problem. Their is a 60% chance that your cold water inlet valve is stuck. 30% that you water leval sensor is defective. I suggest you contact a local service company to repair your problem, this should be 1 hour or less service call.

Could this happen if you fill the bottom chamber over the pressure release valve so that the steam pressure built up and couldn't be released. Or perhaps the pressure release valve got blocked. Not sure. But it is important to take it off the stove promptly when you hear it make that gurgled hissing sound that indicates the top chamber is full and now steam is coming through rather than water.
It's going to be hard finding parts for this machine because I have one as well. You can search the internet or call the company. The last time I had problems with my machine the company told me they stop making parts for this particular brand. Don't give up looking for parts, maybe someone else sells the parts for this washer.
