I called a number 3 days ago. When I tried calling the same # today--I got a recording saying I can't call a # I've blocked. Don't know how it got blocked.

Turn to paage 8 of manual. 1) Press "message" - "mute" button, wait till message is finished. 2) press 8 3) wait for system to say "record greeting", then begin speaking. 4) when finished press 8. 5) to keep this greeting press "end". 6) To re-record go back to step 2
Call Block is a service provided by your phone carrier. For most providers you dial *60 (star 6 0) and follow the voice prompts. After you have blocked this number, you will not receive any more calls and it will not ring through from the number you blocked. The phone device itself does not have that capability. Only your service provider.
