Most RV places should be able to get you one of those switches. It just transfers 110 VAC power.
If your stuck with no AC in hot weather , there is a way to test continuity & wire one direct, (or both) just to get you by. Perhaps an electrical supply place would have a wall type switch, that would do same job. Some are rotate like switch, others are like regular wall switch in appearance.

Have a duo therm a/c unit that comes on as soon as the 30 amp main plug is plugged in. If its switched to on, it works fine, but if you switch to off, it does not shut off but trips the breaker in my

When you switch it to off is that at the thermostat? How long before the breaker trips? Is it possible that the heater strips are coming on at the same time as the a/c? Have you been doing some work on this unit? 30 amps is a lot of juice and I would think you would smell or hear something. You got me curious. You say it comes on when its plugged in, Is that before its switched on? Maybe the compressor contactor is stuck closed. Hope this helps, good luck.
