How do i charge rescue 950

http://www.quickcable.com/doclib/rescue950-3000manual.pdf

pg5 of the PDF above, pg 10 of the manual

Recharging
Recharge every 30 days and after each use. Failure to do so will result in possible damage to the internal battery and result in poor performance or failure to work at all.
1. Plug the AC Charging Cord supplied into the 120 Volt-in connection on the back of the Jump Pack.
2. Plug the other end of the cord into a 110/120-volt AC outlet.
3. The Red charging LED light will glow and will remain ON during the charging process When the internal battery is completely full the Green FULL CHARGE LED light on the control panel will turn on automatically. This can take up to 72 hours depending on the condition of your internal battery. You can unplug your AC Charging Cord at this time OR leave it plugged in indefinitely as the CULâ„¢ listed internal charger is float charge equipped to maintain the internal battery

NOT GETTING ANY POWER WHEN TURN ON/no red light when hook to power outlet? checked power source okay. just bought this led tv about 3-4 months ago.

Possible that the mP section is not working , As confirmed the power supply SMPS unit is working but the secondary voltages must be checked to see if the regulator for the processor gets the supply. If not check and replace, if supply is through then the mP must be checked.
Need to check is warranty cover is availabel to you , if so call without tampering.

All off led flashes 5 times only and just repeats at mains reset

Accordingly, the 5 blinks is a fault code that means the voltage in the main power is abnormal.
  1. Unplug the unit for 15 minutes while checking the voltage on the AC outlet using a multimeter.
  2. If the voltage is not as what it should be, use a different outlet or have it checked by a qualified electrician.
  3. If the voltage is normal, check the power supply unit for any bad capacitors. Here are the samples of bad capacitors.

No power from ac adaptor

No, there are no reset button or fuse in these laptop adapters, they are a sealed unit. The lead/plug maybe broken at the plug. Test the voltage at the plug with a multi-meter, the output voltage should be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the bottom of the adapter. If the voltage is zero or way below the voltage that is printed on the label then the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced.

If the adapter is OK then connect it to the laptop and power it up, then look at the power/battery charging LED light and wriggle the power plug in the laptop's power socket. If the power/battery LED light flashes and in a certain position this LED light stays firm, then the power socket is either faulty or it has a dry solder joint where it is connected to the motherboard.
This can be repaired but it requires the laptop to be completely dismantled to get at this power socket and repair. I suggest you get a quote first.

Power indicatoror

From the manual:

"Attach the barrel tip of the AC Charging Adapter to the AC Charging port of the POWER TO GO® and plug the standard two-prong plug into an appropriate, functioning 120 volt AC outlet. The red Battery Status LED indicator will flash, indicating a proper connection has been made and the unit is charging. The green Battery Status LED indicators will gradually light as the charge level rises. The POWER TO GO® must be charged for approximately 11-17 hours prior to first use. All Battery Status LED indicators will be lit solid (the red indicator will stop flashing) when the unit is fully charged.

Coleman 1500 power inverter has no output

I believe that the actual unit may have other problems and that you will need a schematic to aid in your troubleshooting of this issue. Once you have the schematic and a multiment you can check the voltages to see if things ar as they should be and then we can look at what is happening.
