Tap on the "Settings" Icon, which should be on the home screen, then scroll down to "apps" in the window that then opens, scroll across to "All Apps", then swipe down the screen until you reach the first app or program that you wish to remove. Tap it's name, and in the new window that opens, tape 'delete', a confirm delete window will open to ask you to confirm that you want to remove it. Tap "Yes" and the app is gone!
NOTE! This WILL NOT work for system apps - they cannot be deleted without other expert changes being first made to the system. Only apps and programs you have installed can be easily removed
On your home screen tap the the app button,then tap the screen saver app. Tap Enable Screensaver to turn the screensaver mode on or off. Then remove the check to "service enable" check box.
Please try this:
Tap on Apps in home screen - Settings - Storage - Internal Storage - Apps - Scroll down and Identify "Demo Video Application" under the apps list .
Tap on Clear Cache and tab on "Disable", Ignore the warning message. Note: Cust may see the "Demo mode" icon in the homescreen, however it wont bringup Demo Video

This is a common problem with cracked screens, the digitizer breaks, which is the component that makes the device touchscreen. I might be wrong, but that seems to be the case.
