To change the language back to English on your Zeepad tablet, try the following: 1) Tap the Settings icon (in some versions, it is a square icon with blue lines, in others, it looks like a small gear). 2) Scroll up and tap the "Language & input" icon (a square icon with the A letter). 3) Now, tap the "Language" selection (the topmost one) 4) Tap on "English (your country)" and then tap the arrow to go back. I think you should return to manufacturer , cause if the zeepad came that way it's their problem

Assuming you already know that a password isn't the issue and you know how to handle connecting to a password protected network... Does your router have mac address filtering turned on? Maybe it's rejecting your tablet because the tablet's mac address list doesn't include the tablet's mac address.
