Find reset pin hole on base unit. Push in with a paper clip. Pin hole may be in battery compartment.

No outside temp in de display only - - -in thedisplay i see the room temp. No outside temp. I have checked the outside transmitter end i see the red flash.

my unit tells me to insert fresh batteries into the outside sending unit first. then insert new batteries into the inside receiving unit. after the outside temperature shows up, then can reset my inside unit's time, choose F or C and
switch channels. please try changing channels if your
outside temp doesn't show. you can do both units in the house then put one outside after they work properly.

Why does a CCC2 thermostat continually kick on and off even though the set temperature has been reached?

Double check your batteries in both the outside and inside units changing the outside ones FIRST before you change to reset the inside batteries, IF you have two separate units. If this doesn't help, it could be the control switch/relay for your interior unit. Please go to your browsers information line and type in DOMETIC CORPORATION.COM AND SEARCH FOR YOUR SPECIFIC THERMOSTAT by entering your CCC2 Comfort Control Center 2 information. They should have a help section at this website.
I hope this helps. Check to see if its still under warranty.
