Tire Pressure Monitor Systems TPMS, that amber tire and exclamation point light that comes on in your dash advises you if you have a tire with low pressure. If it's on, check the pressure in ALL of your tires to ensure they ALL have the right pressure in them, and if not, then fill them to the proper tire pressure as listed on the placard on your drivers door or door frame. The sensors in the rims transmit an rf signal to the TPMS computer and if it senses one of the tires as having too little pressure, then the light comes on. Some vehicles have to have the system relearned if a sensor has to be replaced, and some if something as simple as having the tires rotated or adjusting the pressure require relearning.
The sensors are battery powered and have an expected life of 10 years or 100,000 miles, then they will need to be replaced with new sensors. (Unfortunately the batteries are not replaceable). They can cost upwards of $150.00+ per sensor, and with installation onto the rims and retraining to your cars computer, may very well exceed $200.00/tire, depending on the initial cost per sensor of course. Also, there is no way to determine if one is bad without having a TPMS relearn tool handy. They can run upwards of $1000.00+. So basically, this isn't a job that just anyone can attempt by themselves, and will require a trained individual with the proper tools to attempt.
But I would first off suggest if you haven't checked your tire pressures, check them and adjust to the proper inflation pressures. It's fine to go a couple pounds above the manufacturers recommended pressure, just in case you have a very touchy sensor that goes off if the tire pressure goes a little as 1/2 pound low. Also, if a tire is low for an extended amount of time, the sensor may go into what's called "Sleep Mode" where it will actually turn itself off until the pressure issue is resolved. Incidentally, the light on your dash will still be on. To turn the sensor back on may require driving the vehicle at a minimum of 20 mph for at least 20 minutes.
If adjusting the tire pressure and driving the vehicle does not turn the light off, then you will most likely have to have the system serviced and new sensors installed, or at least have the sensors relearned to the computer. Also, even brand new sensors may go bad sooner than 10 years or 100,000 miles depending on how old they are when they are installed in your vehicles rims. If some older stock sensors were installed in the rims, then life expectancy may vary.
Good luck.

I have a 1987 Volvo GLE that stalls (more and more frequently) and then starts (used to start immediately, but now it takes a while before it starts again). I am led to believe the relay for the fuel...

The light out warning if the lights are all lit means that you have mismatched bulbs in one of the circuits.
The problem with stalling could be a lot of things, including the fuel relay, as those are a common failure point. It would help if you could determine whether the problem was lack of spark or lack of fuel when the car fails to restart.
When the car is not restarting immediately, can you hear the fuel pump beneath the car spin up for a second when you turn the key to the on position? If not, take a paperclip and short between the two fuel pump fuses in the fuse box by your left foot. I think it was #4 and #6 but the fuse box cover will tell you. If that makes the pump spin up and the car start, replace the fuel pump relay which is under the dash above your passenger's right foot. If the relay does not make the pump spin up, then the ECU may be failing to provide a ground to the fuel pump relay, The ECU is behind the kick panel to the right of your passenger's right foot.

Toyota Corolla 2006; Dash lights not working and tail lights not working. Checked all small fuses under the hood and under the steering wheel inside the car. I don't know which fuse engages the tail...

I had the same issues. Dash dead, tail lights dead. Fuses were fine, Dimmer relay was fine...So I got to the Tail Light Relay.

Removed the glove box, one screw on the right. Reach up (above the space where the glove box 'area' would be and there are 3 or 4 relays all sitting on top of a junction box. All of them were loose. I pushed them in...and voila! I was getting scared after the obvious.

02 dodge caravan dash lights dont work and i dont see a fuse for dash lights

you have a fuse/relay box under the hood. lift the cover off box and look inside cover for correct fuse/relay. there is another fuse/relay panel under the dash to the left side of steering column. to access this panel u will need to remove the lower steering column cover and kneepad. hope this will help you in finding the problem.

2001 dodge stratus 2.7l no crank no start. No codes present with diagnostic tool. When ignition switch is open cil light comes on but the wipers the Radio and the most of the dash lights do not come on....

look inside the fuse/relay box under the hood . remove the lid from fuse/relay box and look inside the lid. the location for the ignition system and the start system (fuse/relay) will be marked. check the fuses with a testing light for faulty fuse or relay. also check battery voltage with ohm meter for correct voltage. remove relay and use test light to check for power at the plugs with key on.

No start condition new battery , good starter, turn key to start position light come on dash, go forward to start light go out and you hear click under dash area like relay, no power getting to starter....

no starter relay is always at the fuse relay box at the engine compartment. The relay that you hear is the relay for the accessories to turn off the power during starting position.

2003 3.3 dodge caravan does not start.

Sounds like a dirty connection in the fuse box or on a plug in relay pin.

Disconnect the battery
Remove each fuse and then replace it
Remove each plug in relay and replace it

Try that

'99 Caravan lights fast flash

:) you already know the answer, its the relay, you will have to replace it. However it isnt under the dash its under the hood. There should be a fuse box, with fuse's and relay's in them. Open the box and you will be able to identify the relay by

1.) its labled
2.) listen to the clicking
3.) touching each one and you will feel a vibration when it clicks.

if you wish you can sub the relay with another one from the same box (be sure its the same kind) to verify it is the relay.

Remove it and buy a new one. Yes you can remove the relay and drive the car, just the lighs wont work :)..

Night heads lights not switching on.

Look for a plug in relay in the fuse box under the hood.
